AMH and Infertility: Compared to the non-pregnant group, patients in the pregnant group had shorter years of infertility (4.14 ± 0.31 vs. 5.02 ± 0.16, P=0.045) and experienced fewer times of delivery (0.47 ± 0.05 vs. 0.63 ± 0.02, P =0.010); their basal follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels were much lower (15.23 ± 0.58 vs. 17.46 ± 0.36, P =0.006; 6.17 ± 0.33 vs. 8.10 ± 0.28, P = 0.003) while basal AMH levels and AFC were much higher (0.54 ± 0.02 vs. 0.37 ± 0.01, P< 0.001; 3.70 ± 0.14 VS 2.79 ± 0.07, P< 0.001).
