MCM10 and breast cancer: Considering these findings, we hypothesized that MCM10 being a key regulator of DNA replication, where it was also shown to interact with ssDNA and multiple essential DNA replication proteins such as CDC45, MCM2-7, DNA polymerase, PCNA and GINS 7-11, required for accurate replication and proliferation of the cells, might also be involved in BC progression via impairing DNA replication or cellular proliferation.
