Univariate analysis showed that decreased peripheral blood cell count, high C-reactive protein, high glutamyl transpeptidase and total bilirubin, significantly decreased albumin, high urea nitrogen, hypocalcemia and hyponatremia, deep organ hemorrhage and elevated D-dimer, cardiac function damage and HLH central involvement, EBV infection, and elevated SCD25 were associated with poor prognosis. This evidence concerns the gene CRP and Hyponatremia.
