As shown in Figure 1A, the levels of P4HA1 were higher in bladder cancer (BLCA), BRCA, cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), GBM, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), clear cell RCC, LUAD, lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), rectal adenocarcinoma (READ), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), and UCEC than in the adjacent normal tissues. The gene discussed is P4HA1; the disease is glioblastoma.
