Zhu et al. (2021) showed that the knockdown of P4HA1 can impair the invasion of LN18 and T98G cells by regulating the expression of EMT-related genes. In LUAD, P4HA1 is required for cancer cell growth and invasion (Robinson et al., 2021). Feng et al. (2016) concluded that miR-30e can inhibit the proliferation in hepatoma cells by targeting P4HA1 mRNA. The gene discussed is P4HA1; the disease is cancer.
