Multiple studies have now reported that IGF2BP1 (62), IGF2BP2 (28), IGF2BP3 (63), YTHDF1 (64), YTHDF2 (29), BRMX (65), RBM15 (66), METTL3 (67) and WTAP (27) are significantly upregulated in HCC, and their overexpression promotes HCC progression and is associated with a poor prognosis for patients with HCC. This evidence concerns the gene YTHDF1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
