CD34 and hematologic disorder: Although previous studies have reported that the degree of HLA matching and the number of CD34+ cells were important factors for UCB transplantation in pediatric patients with hematological diseases (36), no differences in OS and GFFS were found in our study between the haplo-cord HSCT subgroups with high or low TNCs and CD34+ cells and among subgroups with 4/6, 5/6, and 6/6 matching.
