In the BP category (Figure 5), the intersected genes were significantly enriched to protein phosphorylation, signal transduction, inflammatory response, protein autophosphorylation, regulation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase signaling, etc. The KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that the 70 intersected genes were highly related to NAFLD, HIF-1 signaling pathway, and insulin resistance, especially the TNF signaling pathway (Figures 6 and 7). The gene discussed is INS; the disease is metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
