In addition, although KCNQ1, KCNH2 (K+ channels), and the SCN5A (Na+ channel) also play important roles in LQTS, we only observed the effect of AC on the L-type Ca channel alone in LQTS hiPSC-CMs; therefore, K+ channels, such as KCNQ1 and KCNH2, and Na+ channels, such as SCN5A, must be observed in further studies. Here, KCNH2 is linked to familial long QT syndrome.
