We found that the following variables had significant univariate associations: age (HR 1.02 [1.01,1.04], p = 0.005), hypertension (HR 1.56 [1.11,2.19], p = 0.01), diabetes mellitus (HR 1.55 [1.14,2.12], p = 0.006), TVD (HR 1.42 [1.04,1.92], p = 0.026), NT-proBNP (HR 1.00 [1.00,1.001], p = 0.008), and cTnI ≥ 70× URL (HR 2.09 [1.11–3.94], p = 0.022). This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and hypertensive disorder.
