A statistical increase in the expression level of selected genes in women with ovarian cancer was observed for KRAS (195.55% ± 18.32 vs. 100% ± 15.24; p = 0.012), c-FOS (228.57% ± 21.44 vs. 100% ± 12.36; p = 0.008), PUMA (184.97% ± 18.42 vs. 100% ± 14.82; p = 0.026), and EGFR (186.66% ± 17.54 vs. 100% ± 10.35; p = 0.006) (Table 3). Here, EGFR is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
