The fluorescence signals of PD-L1, ezrin, radixin, and moesin in BOKU cells (Figure 2a–d) and HCS-2 cells (Figure S4a–d) were highly colocalized with that of F-actin, a representative cellular plasma membrane marker, implicating specific plasma membrane localization of these proteins in the human uterine cervical squamous cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
