The fluorescence signals of PD-L1, ezrin, radixin, and moesin in BOKU cells (Figure 2a–d) and HCS-2 cells (Figure S4a–d) were highly colocalized with that of F-actin, a representative cellular plasma membrane marker, implicating specific plasma membrane localization of these proteins in the human uterine cervical squamous cancer cells. The gene discussed is EZR; the disease is cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
