NGF and Miyoshi myopathy: The studies in a subset of patients from the PETHEMA/GEM2012MENOS65 study, where immune monitoring studies were performed using 17-color NGF as well as combined scRNA/TCR sequencing, revealed that newly diagnosed MM patients with higher CD27(−)/CD27+ T- cell ratios had prolonged progression-free survival, possibly due to reactivation of CD27(−) T cells after treatment [30].
