Remarkably, in the SLE patients with APS, the levels of sP-selectin correlated positively and strongly with the levels of IgM (r = 0.74, p = 0.04), IgA (r = 0.67, p = 0.04), and anti-dsDNA antibodies (r = 0.82, p = 0.034). The gene discussed is CD79A; the disease is autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
