MYC and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: Thienotriazolodiazepine has shown to induce apoptosis in non-GCB (germinal center of B cell) subtypes of diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) by altering MYC- and E2F1-dependent gene expression by down-regulating the expression of signaling proteins of family toll-like receptor (TLR), NF-κB, and Janus kinase/signal transducers and activators of transcription (JAK/STAT) pathways, including TLR6, IRAK1, IRF4, MYD88, TNFRSF17, and IL6 [77].
