[29] showed that the expression of 93 NFkB genes measured by RT-PCR was altered in a set of uncultured active and treated CD patients with respect to control biopsies, and in cultured biopsies from CD at different stages of the disease (GCD–CD and GFD–CD) challenged with gliadin.
