With CLEIA, the dementia group had significantly lower Aβ1-42/Aβ1-40 (0.061 ± 0.025 vs. 0.076 ± 0.026, p = 0.017), and higher t-Tau (685 ± 481 vs. 418 ± 189, p = 0.037) and p181Tau (105 ± 83 vs. 61 ± 34, p = 0.018), than the MCI group. The gene discussed is MAPT; the disease is dementia.
