According to the results of the present review and similar articles, so far, the focus has been on evaluating inflammatory markers such as IL-6 and IL-10 (which are nonsignificant); thus, future studies should focus on the factors that cause the greatest changes in the blood and CSF in MS patients, including TNF-α, CXCL8, IL-15, IL-12p40, and CXCL1 [7]. Here, CXCL8 is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
