Similar to in vitro results, animal experiments indicated that miR-9-5p silencing and FOXO1 overexpression could suppress the growth of hepatoma xenografts (Figure 5B,C,E), while silenced CPEB3 promoted tumor growth in vivo (Figure 5B,D), which was consistent with previous reports for HCC [15,28,30].
