The prognostic significance of FoxP3+ Tregs has been extensively studied [44] and high Treg cell recruitment is reported to be correlated with poor prognosis in breast, liver, pancreatic, ovarian, cervical, and renal cancer [45,46,47,48,49,50], whereas it may also correlate with a longer survival as demonstrated in colorectal, bladder cancer, HNSCC, and lymphoma [9,51,52,53,54]. Here, FOXP3 is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
