CD274 and neoplasm: For the second anti-human PD-L1, avelumab, its tumor growth inhibition effect was dose-dependent, and the tumor growth regression at 2 mg/kg was 13.41% (p = 0.1217), whereas the evident tumor regression was obtained at 4 mg/kg (27.4%, p = 0.001), and 8 mg/kg (31.0%, p < 0.001); the tumor regression was significantly reinforced when the dose was increased from 2 to 8 mg/kg (p = 0.026) (Figure 10c).
