Several monoclonal antibodies targeting TIGIT have been synthesized (iragolumab, AB-154, BMS-986,207, MK-7684) [88] and clinical trials on TIGIT inhibition in several cancer types (e.g., multiple myeloma and chronic myeloid leukemia) have been launched.
