EZH2 overexpression seems to represent a critical event in the development of ATCs since the deregulated expression of several ncRNAs contributes to regulating the expression and functions of EZH2, as observed for miRNAs [88,124], circRNA [125], and additional lncRNAs [126]. The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, musculocontractural type.
