Since NEO-201 target antigen is expressed both on solid tumors as well as in CD15+ granulocytes and regulatory T cells, we evaluated the reactivity of NEO-201 against hematological neoplastic cell lines in vitro, such as Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), Multiple Myeloma (MM), Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), Mantel Cell Lymphoma (MCL) cells in flow cytometry. This evidence concerns the gene FUT4 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
