PRKDC and cancer: MSI was considered a biomarker for identifying individuals who may benefit from immunotherapies since it is linked to a higher cancer risk with important clinicopathological features, such as elevated TMB and more TIICs.[49] TMB might be adopted as a biomarker to forecast how well checkpoint blockades may work.[50,51] We showed evidence of a link between PRKDC expression and MSI or TMB across pan-cancers in this work, as well as the potential function of PRKDC in oncology immunological and as a predictive biomarker for a variety of malignancies.
