DNAJB9 and synovial sarcoma: In agreement with the research studies about the effect of MDG-1 and green tea polyphenols, as well as AT-RvD1 in SS [12, 16, 27], our study discovered that Ruscogenin recovered the SFR of mice and repressed lymphocytic infiltration and inflammation of submandibular glands, as higher dose of Ruscogenin exhibited better efficacy, which validated the protective role of Ruscogenin against SS.
