It is currently considered that non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs5 and Helicobacter pylori (Hp) are the key factors leading to the occurrence and development of gastric ulcer.6 Among them, Hp infection contributes to more than 70% of patients with gastric ulcer, as well as gastric ulcer hemorrhage.7 In view of this, eradication of Hp is an important method for the treatment of Hp-positive gastric ulcer.8 Proton pump inhibitors and antibiotics are currently preferred in clinical practice and have achieved certain clinical efficacy.
