As a tumor suppressor gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, PRDM5 can be used as a biomarker to predict the survival of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and the high expression level of PRDM5 is associated with longer OS in patients who underwent postoperative therapy.
