Therefore, in this study, we not only detected differential expression of miR-187-3p and its prognostic implications in human ccRCC, but also performed CCK-8, migration, cell apoptosis and cell cycle assays to explore the biological role of miR-187-3p/LRFN1 axis in modulating malignancy and TME of ccRCC. This evidence concerns the gene LRFN1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
