When arranged by the Kaplan Meier method, patients with melanoma and RCC had longer median overall survival when compared to all other cancers (Fig. 1D), and patients receiving anti-PD-L1 or anti-PD-1 had shorter overall survival when compared to those receiving anti-CTLA-4 or a combination regimen (Fig. 1E), likely attributed to the different cancer types represented within these groups. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and renal cell carcinoma.
