TGOLN2 and infection: SIM imaging of infected U2OS cells stained with the trans-Golgi network marker TGN46 also demonstrated increasing dispersion of TGN46+ membranes at late- versus early-stages of infection (Fig 7) and again we observed that the TGN46 signal was adjacent to, or partially overlapping with, gC-mCherry signal in cells at late stages of infection (Fig 7B).
