The E6 and E7, biomarkers of cervical cancer caused by type 52 virus, often lead to base mutations that may exert an important function in the progression of cervical intraepithelial lesion and invasive carcinoma, and they are considered as the important carcinogens because they can inactivate the host tumor suppressor p53 and Rb (24). Here, TP53 is linked to cervical cancer.
