We found that the ZC3H12C expression was significantly higher in adjacent tissues compared to diseased tissues in BLCA (bladder urothelial carcinoma), BRCA (breast invasive carcinoma), COAD (colon adenocarcinoma), KIRC, KIRP (kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma), LUAD (lung adenocarcinoma), LUSC (lung squamous cell carcinoma), PRAD (prostate adenocarcinoma), READ (rectum adenocarcinoma), THCA (thyroid carcinoma), and UCEC (uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma) (Figure 2(a)). This evidence concerns the gene ZC3H12C and prostate adenocarcinoma.
