The proportions of activated memory CD4 T cells, M0 macrophages, M1 macrophages, and neutrophils were significantly higher in tumor tissues, whereas naive B cells, memory B cells, plasma cells, regulatory T cells (Tregs), gamma delta T cells, resting NK cells, monocytes, resting mast cells, and eosinophils were less abundant in tumor tissues than in normal tissues (Table 2 and Figure 1(a)).
