Taking carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) as a model, which is an important indicator of the state of colorectal cancers with a cutoff value of less than 5 ng/ml in serum (Chen et al., 2018; Tang et al., 2020), the PtμEs/Au aptasensor was proposed using for the clinical measurement of CEA in the blood through SWV with high sensitivity and selectivity. This evidence concerns the gene CEACAM5 and colorectal cancer.
