METTL3 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma: The survival analysis also demonstrated that the OS of the patients with HHLA2lowMETTL3low was significantly better compared with the patients with HHLA2highMETTL3high, and the OS of the patients with HHLA2lowMETTL3low also trended better than those with HHLA2lowMETTL3high, therefore these result further supported the notion that abnormal METTL3 expression in human ccRCC could not only serve as an important prognostic biomarker, but also could be suggested to contribute to the tumorigenesis of human ccRCC via potentially targeting HHLA2.
