Interestingly, simultaneous neutralization of IL‐6 and IL‐22 (i.e., STAT3 signaling drivers) and both TNF‐α and IL‐17A (i.e., NF‐κB signaling drivers) reduces the proliferation of human CRC cell lines treated with culture supernatants of isolated TILs [35].
