KRAS and leukoencephalopathy with calcifications and cysts: A higher rate of K-RAS mutation and dMMR was noted in stage II RCC than in stage II LCC (K-RAS: 44.2% vs. 28.9%, p = 0.04; dMMR: 46.2% vs. 15%, p = 0.03) and in stage III RCC than in stage III LCC (K-RAS: 53.2% vs. 31.2%, p < 0.01; dMMR: 47.6% vs. 10.7%, p < 0.01).
