Through protein and drug query in the PubMed database, it is found that both atorvastatin and resveratrol can increase the expression of Cyp7a1 [31, 32] and decrease the expression of Got1 [33, 34], which regulate the cholesterol level in the blood, and inhibit the formation of blood clots from platelets to adhere to the blood vessel wall, thereby inhibitting and reducing the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. This evidence concerns the gene GOT1 and cardiovascular disorder.
