In our pan‐cancer multi‐omics analysis of ATPCRs, CHD7 is one of the genes with a high comprehensive score: CHD7 had a high frequency of somatic mutations and increased copy number in a variety of cancers; CHD7 was associated with more than 10 transcript fusion events in tumours; compared with normal tissues, CHD7 was highly expressed in a variety of tumour tissues; therefore, it was presumed that CHD7 plays a key role in tumourigenesis. The gene discussed is CHD7; the disease is neoplasm.
