RAD54B and cancer: An in‐depth analysis of the RNA sequencing (RNA‐seq) profiles of TCGA dataset (Table S1) showed that ATPCRs are generally highly expressed among coding genes (Figure S2A), and 34 of 37 ATPCRs had fragments per kilobase million (FPKM) of ≥1 in at least 90% of specimens from all cancer types, whereas only CHD5, ERCC6, and RAD54B did not meet this standard (Figure S2B and Table S7), indicating the broad expression of ATPCRs.
