The analyses showed that among the wild‐type TP53 TCGA CRC cases, the patients with wild‐type CHD7 had a significantly higher percentage of late‐stage compared to cases with mutant CHD7, suggesting the carcinogenic potential of overexpressed wild‐type CHD7 in p53 wild‐type CRC (Figure S4E). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
