Both the mRNA and protein expression of NF-κB P65 was found to be inhibited by the overexpression of miR-329-3p, and the regulatory effects of TAB on NF-κB signaling pathway were reversed by the inhibition of miR-329-3p, which suggested that miR-329-3p might mediate the anti-inflammation effects of TAB in sevoflurane-induced cognitive impairments through inhibiting the NF-κB signaling.
