METTL3 and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma: In the present study, the observation of the nuclear localization of METTL3 in OED and OSCC cases was generally consistent with numerous tumors, including colorectal cancer,11gastric adenocarcinoma,22esophageal and skin SCC.23, 24Zhou et al and Wu et al reported that METTL3 was found to be highly expressed and colocalized with the proliferation marker Ki-67 and β-catenin in esophageal SCC and OSCC, respectively.
