The HIF-1α expression level in tumor tissue was higher than that in normal tissue (123.73 ± 70.18 vs. 21.13 ± 19.14, p < 0.001), and the f and perfusion values of the tumor tissue were also higher than those of normal tissue (46.29 ± 2.75 vs. 51.09 ± 8.58, p = 0.004; 1277.09 ± 228.64 vs. 1463.88 ± 378.67, p = 0.021). This evidence concerns the gene HIF1A and neoplasm.
