Next, our KEGG analysis showed that transcripts up-regulated in the mutant cardiomyocytes were related to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (ACTC1, MYL2, MYL3), Ca2+-dynamics regulatory pathway (ATP2B4, CACNA1C, CAMK2B, PLN), as well as cardiac-muscle contraction transcripts (ACTC1, MYH7, TNNI3, TNNT2). This evidence concerns the gene MYL2 and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
