Overexpression of MIR4435-2HG can up-regulate TGF-β1 and promote the metastasis of 7 kinds of tumors, including oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) (7), gastric cancer (12), colorectal adenocarcinoma (17), and non-small cell lung cancer (27, 28, 30), ovarian cancer (32), prostate cancer and glioma (38, 43). Here, TGFB1 is linked to prostate cancer.
