A univariate analysis showed that age, Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), Carbohydrate antigen19-9 (CA19-9), Carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), preoperative chemotherapy, macropathology type, tumor size, differentiation status, T stage, N stage, vascular invasion, KRAS mutation, and postoperative chemotherapy were associated with overall survival (OS) of the training dataset. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and neoplasm.
