ATF2 was positively correlated with neutrophil (r = 0.84, p < 0.01), endothelial cell (r = 0.966, p < 0.01), and cancer-associated fibroblast (r = 0.961, p < 0.01) but was negatively correlated with T cell CD8+ (r = −0.641, p = 0.0456) and myeloid dendritic cell (r = −0.939, p < 0.01) (Figure 9(b)); SNHG5 was positively correlated with neutrophil (r = 0.725, p = 0.0177), endothelial cell (r = 0.759, p = 0.0109), and cancer-associated fibroblast (r = 0.782, p < 0.01) but was negatively correlated with T cell (r = −0.815, p < 0.01) (Figure 9(c)). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and cancer.
