Animal experiments have found that Angelica polysaccharide can increase the activity of SOD and inhibit the level of malondialdehyde in the blood of mice with POF and that it promotes both oxidative stress and antioxidant capacity through the Akt/Forkhead box subgroup O3 (FOXO3) pathway, thus providing a novel approach for the treatment of immune-related POF [40].
