ATP2A1 and colorectal cancer: Further, the chi-squared test was used to explore the relationship between the mRNA expression level of ATP2A1 and clinical features of colorectal cancer patients, and the results showed that ATP2A1 expression was significantly higher in T3 and T4 tumors than in T1 (p < 0.05) in TCGA database (Figure 1C), and ATP2A1 expression was higher in stage 2 and stage 3 tumor than stage 1 (Supplementary Figure S1C), and higher in T2, T3 and T4 tumors than in T1 (p < 0.05) in GEO database (Supplementary Figure S1D).
