This study confirmed the relationship between ATP2A1 and the prognosis of colorectal patients, demonstrated the potential of ATP2A1 as a key pathological factor that mediates CRC progression and ultimately affects patient prognosis, and identified four small molecule drugs which may inhibit the expression of ATP2A1, which might have potential value for delaying the pathological process of colorectal cancer. Here, ATP2A1 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
