The high-RS group was found to be significantly associated with several cancer-related pathways, including colorectal cancer, endometrial cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, pathways in cancer, prostate cancer, small cell lung cancer, chronic myeloid leukemia, erbb signaling pathway, renal cell carcinoma, glioma, wnt signaling pathway, notch signaling pathway (Figure 7A). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
