The result showed that there were 6 genes with P < 0.05 and AUC > 0.85, namely ABCA5, ABCA8, ABCA10, ABCC1, ABCC13, and ABCF2. Among them, ABCA5, ABCA8, ABCC1, and ABCC13 in the t-test were with P < 0.0001, indicating that the difference between the CRC group and the control group was highly significant (Table S2). The gene discussed is ABCA10; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
